  In Progress was founded in 2020 by Harrison and Hannah Hatcher. They became a law enforcement family in 2013 and Harrison served as a Sheriff's Deputy in Mississippi until 2022. After an especially difficult season in their marriage, Harrison and Hannah felt called to establish "...In Progress", a place to share what they learned during that season with other first responder families. Together they struggled to find resources and community and after coming out of the darkness, they had a desire to show other families that they were not alone in those dark times. They wish to be a lighthouse for the hurting, a safe place for others to show the scars that tend to be created in this profession, and to give hope that life is not always just surviving, but thriving. This is a place of hope, a place of realness and a place of love. We're all in progress. Welcome to the family! 

  Since 2001, Bless The Badge has remained committed to crossing the Thin Blue Line with the hope of Jesus Christ.

We seek to come alongside and strengthen our Blue Family with Tactical Relationship Training, partnerships and other resources. 

 LEO wife & Clinical Mental Health Grad Student working for better mental health of LEOS & families. 

  Our Ministry is focused on Public Outreach and Podcasting to share the stories and love of the Lord. 

 Podcast with host Brittany Hardin, law enforcement wife. 

  Kids on Duty will provide support and encouragement to children of law enforcement and partner with parents as they navigate raising them on the thin blue line. 

At Protectors’ Peak, our whole mission is to provide a space where our servants can rest, renew, and reconnect with God. We consider it our honor and privilege to serve our servants.

As a law enforcement family of over 26 years, we understand the pressures and stress our officers and families are under. We also understand that this takes a toll on our shepherds and sheepdogs in a society that doesn’t value the valuable sacrifices our servants make on a daily basis.
